No. We are a curated marketplace, a medical travel facilitator and a publisher of educational guides. We don’t diagnose, treat or give medical advice. The hospitals’ and clinics’ own doctors make all medical decisions.

No. Our guides, protocols and emails are general educational information. Talk to a qualified doctor before you start any test, treatment, supplement, fasting, cold or heat exposure, or exercise programme, especially if you are pregnant, take medication or have a health condition. Curated picks on Amazon are available in nine categories and are labelled as picks selected from published specs, not tested by us and not marketplace listings. Brand listings appear only after a brand meets our published standard. Join the email list to hear when categories open.
Before anything is listed, the brand sends documents and we check them against our published standard: regulatory status, electrical and safety standards, manufacturing quality, a review of every claim in the listing, warranty and service, and insurance and vendor terms. If a product doesn’t meet the standard, we don’t list it.
No. Hyperbaric chambers are prescription medical devices in the US, and whole-body cryotherapy has no FDA clearance for medical claims. We introduce these vendors only to licensed medical operators with physician oversight, through quote requests, never consumer checkout.

No. Which tests or treatments are right for you is decided by the provider’s own doctors.
The first consultation is free and there’s no obligation. Concierge scope, fees and cancellation are agreed in writing for each client before anything is booked. Provider fees are quoted and charged by the provider. Submitting the concierge form is an enquiry, not a booking.

Apply on List your product. Founding Partner places are open for the first 50 approved brands. Every listing must meet our published standard, and terms are agreed in writing before anything goes live. We usually reply within 3 business days.
Yes. Send a brief on the equipment quote page. We confirm the details within 1 business day, and once vendors in your category are approved we introduce you. You contract directly with the vendor you choose, and there’s no charge to request quotes.
