Amazing Longevity Talk to a concierge

Our vetting standard

How we vet every brand and product.

Amazing Longevity is a curated marketplace and concierge, not a clinic or healthcare provider. Before anything is listed, the brand sends documents and we check them against the standard below. If a product doesn't meet it, we don't list it.

1. Regulatory status

We record the product's actual status for each market: FDA (clearance, registration or none), CE marking, and Thai FDA licensing or notification where it applies. We list what the brand can document, nothing more.

2. Electrical and safety standards

Electrical devices: UL or IEC test reports, and compatibility with Thailand's 220V/50Hz supply. Hyperbaric chambers: PVHO-1 or equivalent pressure-vessel documentation.

3. Manufacturing quality

Supplements and consumables: GMP certification and a current certificate of analysis (COA) from a third-party lab. Thai market supplements need a Thai FDA food serial number.

4. Claims review

We review every listing's wording. No disease, cure or treatment claims, and no outcome claims beyond what the product's approvals allow. Wellness products are described as wellness products.

5. Warranty and service

A written warranty, and for equipment a named service or installation partner able to support buyers in Thailand or the region.

6. Insurance and responsibility

The brand is seller of record, holds product liability insurance, and agrees to our vendor terms, including recalls and returns.

Medical-class equipment

Hyperbaric oxygen (HBOT) chambers are prescription medical devices in the US, and whole-body cryotherapy has no FDA clearance for medical claims. We list both only for licensed operators with physician oversight, through B2B quote requests. They are never sold through consumer checkout, and their listings carry no health-benefit claims.

Ongoing checks

Listings are rechecked when documents expire, when a brand changes a product, and when buyers report a problem. Once equipment sales begin, we plan to check in with buyers after installation and use their feedback when we review vendors. A brand can lose its listing if it no longer meets the standard.

This page describes our process; it is not medical advice. Ask your doctor whether any product or therapy is right for you. Brands: apply to list.
