Our guides, protocols, systems and packs are digital downloads delivered right after payment, so we don't offer refunds once a product has been delivered.
Broken or wrong file? If a file won't open, is incomplete, or isn't what you ordered, email hello@amazing-longevity.com with your order email and we will replace it.
If you have a subscription with us, you can cancel it at any time. It stops at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
If you were charged twice or charged in error, contact us at hello@amazing-longevity.com and we will refund the mistaken charge.
Concierge fees, refunds and cancellations are set out in the written agreement for each client.
Products bought before 8 October 2026 were sold with a 14-day money-back guarantee, and we honour it: if you bought before that date, email us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.
This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
