When you buy a guide, protocol, system or pack, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download and use it for yourself. Please don't resell, share or republish the files. Products are delivered as downloads right after payment. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout. Any taxes due are shown at checkout. If you were charged twice or charged in error, contact us and we will refund the mistaken charge.
Concierge services are agreed in writing with each client, including scope, fees and cancellation. Those written terms apply to the concierge service. Submitting the concierge form is an enquiry, not a booking.
