Hyperbaric chambers are prescription medical devices in the US, and whole-body cryotherapy has no FDA clearance for medical claims. We will introduce these vendors only to licensed medical operators with physician oversight. Importing medical devices into Thailand also needs Thai FDA licensing, which the vendor or importer must hold.
