These terms describe how bookings work on Amazing Longevity. They are not legal advice.
Amazing Longevity provides a booking platform. The independent facility provides the programme. A booking is a request until the provider confirms it.
Where a programme has no price yet, the page says to confirm with the facility and no deposit is taken.
Reserve your place with a 15% deposit. Pay the balance at the facility. Free cancellation within 72 hours of booking. If the facility declines, the deposit is refunded in full.
You agree that clinical decisions belong to the licensed provider and to your own doctor.
Facility listings
During the current enrolment phase, Amazing Longevity accepts up to 20 facilities per facility type; further applications may be placed on a waitlist.
The facility types are Hospital, Clinic, Retreat and Recovery Center.
Facility partner commission
Listing a facility is free. Any commission is agreed with that facility. There is no single published percentage.
The agreement records the rate, whether it applies to the first admission only or to paid treatment inside an attribution window, whether extensions are included, and how it is collected.
The attribution window is either none or 12 months from the referral. Collection is either an online deposit taken at booking, or a monthly invoice reconciled with the facility from bookings and the amounts the facility reports.
The facility marks each booking as arrived, no-show or cancelled. After the mark window, an unmarked booking is treated as attended on a monthly invoice unless the facility disputes it. Commission kept as the booking deposit does not depend on that mark. A guest survey is optional feedback and is not attendance.
During an audit, a referral may be matched by name, email or phone for 12 months. Sending that guest around the referral is a breach of the facility agreement. The remedy is the one written in that agreement.
