Cancellation and refunds

Free cancellation within 72 hours of booking: the deposit is refunded in full. After that window, the deposit is kept unless the programme publishes a different ladder.

If the facility declines, or does not confirm within 48 hours, the deposit is refunded in full. A finding that the programme is not suitable after intake is treated the same way.

A full refund returns the 15% deposit. The balance is paid at the facility.
