What we collect, and why
- Orders. Payments are handled by Stripe (Stripe Checkout). Stripe collects your card details; we never see or store your card number. We receive your name, email address, country and what you bought, so we can deliver your download and keep accounting records.
- Contact, concierge and advertise forms. What you type (name, email, message, and for the concierge form your goal, budget and timing) is sent to us by email through Brevo, our email provider, and the email address is stored in Brevo so we can reply.
- Email signups. If you sign up for our emails, your email address (and first name, if given) is stored in Brevo. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Analytics. We use Umami, a cookieless analytics tool that we host ourselves (stats.162-0-222-182.sslip.io). It counts page views, referrers, device type and country, sets no cookies and does not identify you.
- No ad pixels. We do not use advertising or social-media tracking pixels, and we do not sell or rent personal data.
- Server logs. Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, time) for security and troubleshooting.
Who receives your data
Only the services above: Stripe (payments), Brevo (email and forms) and our hosting provider. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as accounting and tax rules require. Form messages and email-list entries are kept until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing hello@amazing-longevity.com. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time with the link in each email.
