Concierge terms

Enrollment fees
- Essentials: $500
- Full Concierge: $1,500
- Private: $3,500
Fees are in US dollars, paid upfront to start work. What each plan includes is listed on the plans page.
Free intro call
After you apply, you book a free 20-min intro call. The enrollment fee is only due once you choose a plan.
Your options
You receive 3 matched options with prices within 72 hours of your enrollment payment. You choose which, if any, to book.
Refunds
The enrollment fee is non-refundable once work has started.
Coordination fee
Full Concierge and Private include a coordination fee of 10% of the stay value, to cover logistics, changes and messages during your trip. For example, a ฿100,000 stay adds ฿10,000. Essentials has no coordination fee.
Provider prices
You pay each provider its normal price. We don't add a markup. Providers set their own prices, terms, deposits and cancellation rules, and you confirm these with them before booking.
Referral fees
Providers may pay us a referral fee when you book with them. This never changes the price you pay.
We are not a clinic
Amazing Longevity is a travel and booking concierge, not a clinic or medical provider. We don't diagnose, treat, give medical advice or promise any health result. The providers' own doctors make all medical decisions.
